Sachin Sawrikar

Sachin Sawrikar brings over 30 years of extensive experience in investment management across India and the GCC region, having worked with leading investment firms and built a solid track record of success.

Sachin is the Founder and Managing Partner of Artha Bharat Investment Managers IFSC LLP, having single-handedly established the firm and built it from the ground up. He was instrumental in successfully closing the firm’s first fund, Artha Global Opportunities Fund and overseeing its re-domiciling from Mauritius. As the driving force behind its continued growth, Sachin is now focused on launching three new funds to further expand the firm’s reach and impact.

An award-winning fund manager, Sachin has overseen a wide array of funds, including Equity, Balanced, Fixed Income, Money Market, Real Estate, and Subordinated Funds, at SBI MF and Bank Muscat. During his nearly 12-year tenure as Head of Private Markets, he developed deep expertise in deal origination, evaluation, due diligence, structuring, debt and equity financing, and transaction closure. His broad experience across multiple asset classes has equipped him with a comprehensive understanding of market dynamics, as well as the structuring of funds and entities, all underpinned by a strong theoretical foundation.

Additionally, he is the Co-Founder and CEO of Radiant Capital Investment Managers, where he played a pivotal role in the establishment and structuring of the Radiant Capital VCC and its Sub-Funds. He successfully raised capital for the first two sub-funds.

Sachin holds a Mechanical Engineering degree and an MBA from XLRI, India. He also completed an MSc in Real Estate Investment and Finance from the University of Reading, UK. He is a CFA charter holder from the CFA Institute, USA, and an MRICS. Sachin currently serves on the board of CFA Oman and has previously been a member of the Board of RICS Oman.
