Madhuri holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Law and Commerce from Gujarat University, a Professional Company Secretary from The Institute of Company Secretaries of India, and a Master’s Degree in Commerce field with a background that includes due diligence, compliances,  regulatory reporting, risk management,
compliance program development, etc. Her approach is characterized by a keen attention to detail and a proactive stance on risk mitigation.
