Grievance Redressal Mechanism

Grievance Process & Timelines

AcknowledgementWithin 3 working days of receipt. If a grievance is invalid, incorrectly submitted, or outside scope, the complainant will be informed within 5 working days with reasons.

Initial ResponseWithin 15 days, a response, update, or request for additional information will be communicated.

Final ResolutionWithin 30 days of receipt. For complex matters requiring additional time, the complainant will be informed of the delay and expected resolution date.

Escalation Procedure

If the complainant is not satisfied with the resolution:

The grievance may be escalated to the Appellate Officer within 21 days of the decision.

The appeal will be reviewed and resolved within 30 days.
